How long do I have to pay & what payment methods do you accept?
Payment is required within 3 days of purchase. I do understand that sometimes things happen, please let me know if you will be late paying. I do combine shipping, just let me know if you are buying more than one item and I will give you a shipping discount.
You may pay by PayPal or Google checkout with any major credit card.

How long after my purchase before my item is sent out?
Within 24-48 hours after payment is received.
I ship every day except Sunday.

Which shipping methods do you use?
Right now I ship a majority of items using the U.S. Postal Service Priority mail, parcel post, or first class. I find it a very quick and safe way to ship, you also get a free delivery confirmation number for tracking. I will ship media items USPS Media mail if you request it. All items are carefully packaged to be mailed.
Larger order may be shipped via UPS (whichever method is the cheapest).
International purchases will be mailed via First Class International with custom forms will be filled out for purchase price minus shipping.

Do you take returns?
All items are guaranteed to arrive as DESCRIBED with refunds cheerfully granted if item received is materially different than listed. Items must be returned within 7 days of original delivery. Buyer to pay all postage costs.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me right away at desertgrace@gmail.com, and together we will find a solution
that will satisfy you the buyer and me the seller.

What are the clothing item conditions?
Most of my items are very gently used, I go over each item throughly and do my best to accurately describe them in detail, I am only human and make a mistake now and then, please let me know right away if you should receive an item with a flaw that I missed. Please email me with all your questions, if you want me to double check measurements.
Below are the standards I rate clothing on:
* New with tags or New without tags: Never washed or worn; no flaws.*
* Like new: Appears new, no signs of wear; washed and possibly worn; no flaws.
* Excellent: Previously worn, with only very slight wash wear; no flaws.
* Very good: Previously worn with moderate wash wear/fade, but no visible flaws.

Where do you ship?
Right now, only US, Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany. I will be adding more International shipping destinations in the near future.
